Terms of Use
Anju Job Workflow is a personal helper operated by Anju for authorized job correspondence. These terms describe its intended use.
Authorization and responsibility
Connect only an account you own or are explicitly authorized to use. The owner chooses the permitted actions, recipients, resume and application information. Access must be granted through Google's normal consent process. The helper must not bypass verification, impersonate another applicant, invent qualifications or disregard an account owner's instructions.
Messages and records
Email content and application answers must be truthful. Professional email patterns are research evidence, not a guarantee that any generated address exists. A successful send does not guarantee delivery, a referral or a job offer. Prior requests and delivery failures should be checked before further outreach.
Service availability
The helper depends on the local computer, Google services and any separately configured integrations. Quotas, consent expiry, service changes or connectivity can interrupt operation. No uninterrupted availability or particular employment result is promised. Google service terms and applicable usage requirements continue to apply.
Privacy and ending access
The Privacy Policy explains the data used, storage and removal controls. The owner may stop using the helper and revoke its Google access at any time.
