Privacy Policy
This policy describes Anju Job Workflow, a personal desktop helper operated by Anju. Questions can be sent to anjuofficial9810@gmail.com.
Information used
With the account owner's Google consent, the helper can access Gmail account identity, message identifiers, headers, selected message bodies, labels and relevant attachment information. It also uses the resume, application answers, professional contact research and job information supplied or authorized by the owner. When Google Sheets access is separately granted, it reads and updates the selected company email-pattern registry.
Purpose
Information is used to find relevant correspondence, distinguish received referrals from requests and delivery notices, prepare authorized messages, attach the appropriate resume, avoid duplicate outreach, and keep action records. The helper has no advertising or general-purpose model-training feature and does not sell Google user data.
Storage and retention
The desktop helper keeps its OAuth credentials in a private local runtime directory. Credentials are excluded from shared skill packages and source exports. Applicant profiles, resume files, message identifiers, recipient records, action outcomes and review previews may be retained locally for continued use. Selected resumes and registry data can also be stored in the owner's Google Drive or Google Sheets under the sharing settings the owner chooses. Records are retained until the owner removes them; there is no automatic retention deadline.
Sharing and assistance
Google processes the API requests required to provide Gmail and Sheets functions. Outgoing messages and their attachments are shared with the recipients authorized by the owner. If the owner uses an AI assistant to operate the workflow or interpret correspondence, selected relevant content may be provided to that assistant under the owner's chosen service and settings. The helper does not automatically upload the entire mailbox to an AI service. This website does not display mailbox messages, resumes, recipient lists, account tokens or the private registry.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Any assistant or additional integration must be configured consistently with those requirements.
Control and deletion
The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections, remove local credentials and records, and delete shared files or change their Google sharing permissions. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not remove copies already sent to email recipients. Contact the operator for help locating or deleting records held by this helper.
Website access
These information pages contain no sign-in form, tracking scripts or analytics added by the operator. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection information needed to serve the pages.
Changes
Material changes to how the helper handles information will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
