Anju Job Workflow
A personal desktop helper for organizing job correspondence and sending authorized referral requests.
What the helper does
- Searches the connected Gmail account for relevant correspondence, including referrals, prior requests and delivery failures.
- Helps identify which opportunity a message refers to and keeps a record of completed actions.
- Prepares approved email templates and sends authorized messages with the selected resume attached.
- Checks recipient limits, previous requests and the resulting Sent message.
Google access
The Gmail connection requests permission to view email messages and settings and to send email on the account owner's behalf. Sign-in and consent take place on Google's own pages through the desktop helper. This website does not request a Google password or provide a mailbox login.
When separately authorized, the workflow can maintain company email-pattern records in a selected Google Sheet. That access requires its own Google Sheets permission.
